You can not be an effective witness for Jesus Christ, if you are not practicing what you preach... if you are not living according to the Bible. Remember, Jesus said:

"Those who obey my commandments are the ones who love me." - John 14:21 (NLT)

None of us are perfect. We make mistakes. But, even with our mistakes the world should see a distinct difference between our lifestyles and those of the rest of the world.
